With over 25 years as a business owner, real estate investor and developer, Dave has also assisted many other companies to success by developing and training management and sales teams. He has earned his degree in Finance from Salt Lake Community College and trained in engineering and logistics during his military career. Dave has build his career as a licensed Investment Advisor/Coach and operates a Real Estate Development Company.

John has over 20 years of highly succesful marketing and sales management. He received his MBA from Weber State University in 1995 and is a leader in his field. He has been key to the success of sales organizations such as Prosper Development, TD Ameritrade and The Professional Education Institute.

Scott is an independently contracted consultant of all Nautical Group data systems. Graduating from Utah Valley State College in Computer Sciences, his company manages technology and data needs for several midsized companies in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.

Degree from the University of South Carolina. Is a risk manager with Insurance Company for 30 years, she brings an element of meticulous accountiblity our investor look for.
